The right to request the deletion of your personal information

You have the right to request the deletion of any of your personal information. This is subject to exceptions set forth by the law (such as, including but not limited to, where the information is used to identify and repair errors on BiQ.cloud, detect security incidents, protect against fraudulent or illegal activities, and exercise certain rights etc.).

If no legal exceptions are applicable, we will delete your personal information that is stored within Biq.cloud’s database and direct any of our service providers to do the same once you have exercised your right to request the deletion of your personal information.

How to exercise your rights to delete personal information

If you would like to be removed from our database, please contact us at hello@biq.cloud. In your request, please provide sufficient information that allows us to verify your identity (i.e. contacting us through the email address that you use to sign in). Upon receiving your request, you will receive a reply stating the initiation of the request. In the next 72 hours, we will verify your identity to make sure you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. Once we are able to verify your identity, we will provide you with the information about how we will process your request. In the event if we needed more time or have to deny the request, we will explain to you the reasons behind the decision. We do not charge a fee to process your verifiable request.
